Without the behavior of roasting, cupping, grinding coffee why would someone start a specialty coffee story. Prime mover advantage? - Probably yes. But that ends there. For a true success a specialty retailer should try altering behavior of the community around. He should spend money not look for profit educate people change behavior and then selflessly wait
